End-to-End Quality Assurance
Design Verification
During the project design phase, all technical specifications and engineering calculations are verified by independent teams.
Material Inspection
Every batch of material arriving on site undergoes incoming quality control. Non-conforming materials are rejected and returned to the supplier.
Production Supervision
Daily and weekly inspections are conducted during the construction process. Concrete pours, reinforcing bars and mechanical installations are checked in real time.
Testing and Inspection
Concrete compression tests, weld inspections, insulation checks and leakage tests are carried out at regular intervals.
Pre-Delivery Inspection
A comprehensive punch list is created prior to delivery and all deficiencies are rectified. A flawless living space is delivered to the customer.
