İz Yapı Grup takes the highest level of security measures to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored and shared in compliance with the law, and to protect your privacy.
Our aim is to inform you in the most transparent manner about the methods of collecting your personal data, the purposes of processing, the persons with whom it is shared, the legal grounds and your rights, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and in line with your satisfaction.
Data Controller
Your personal data may be processed by İz Yapı Grup as the data controller, within the scope explained below.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data shall be processed within the personal data processing conditions stipulated in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698, for the purposes of carrying out the necessary work to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by our company, recommending the products and services offered by our company to you by customising them according to your preferences, usage habits and needs, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company and persons in business relationship with our company, and determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of our company.
To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred to business partners, suppliers, shareholders of our company, and to legally authorised public institutions and private persons, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698, in order to fulfil the above-stated purposes.
Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is collected in physical and/or electronic media through different channels and based on different legal grounds by our company, such as your use of the products and services offered by our company, the contractual relationship between you and our company, the fulfilment of our company's legal obligations, and the legitimate interest of our company.
Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
If you submit your requests regarding your rights as personal data owners to our company through the methods regulated below, our company shall conclude the request free of charge within the shortest time possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In this regard, the rights of personal data owners are as follows:

- 2Requesting information if personal data has been processed
- 3Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
- 4Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
- 5Requesting the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
- 6Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of Law No. 6698
- 7Requesting that the transactions carried out be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred
- 8Objecting to a result that is against the person themselves through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems

To exercise the above-mentioned rights, your request containing the necessary information to verify your identity and your explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise among the rights stipulated in Article 11 of Law No. 6698:
