We built numerous living spaces starting from our foundations laid in 1985 on Bağdat Avenue, one of the prestigious neighbourhoods of the Anatolian Side, as Aydoğanlar İnşaat. With the outstanding success and corporate awareness we achieved in the sector, we brought İz Yapı to life to leave a mark on every home for new living spaces.

In line with our broad reach and professional project development experience, we have successfully completed residential, office and shopping centre projects across many regions of Turkey. We are taking confident steps on this path where we target innovation and growth. As one of the representative companies of Turkey's leading economic sector, we have signed award-winning real estate projects together with our professional team.
