The principles of integrity, transparency and accountability form the cornerstones of the way we do business. Our compliance framework aims to adopt the best practices in the industry, beyond all legal requirements.
Our Ethical Principles
Integrity and Truthfulness
We base all our business relationships on honesty and truthfulness. Misleading statements, withholding information or inaccurate reporting are absolutely unacceptable.
Anti-Corruption
We reject all forms of bribery, commission and attempts to obtain undue advantage. We adopt the principle of full transparency in our relations with public officials and business partners.
Prevention of Conflicts of Interest
We do not allow personal interests to conflict with company interests. Potential conflicts of interest are immediately reported to senior management.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
We process and protect the personal data of customers, employees and business partners in compliance with KVKK and international data protection legislation.
Fair Competition
We ensure full compliance with competition law. We are absolutely not involved in price-fixing, market-sharing or other anti-competitive practices.
Respect for Human Rights
We respect fundamental human rights at every stage of our operations. We apply a zero-tolerance policy against forced labour, child labour and discrimination.

Supplier Ethical Standards
We expect our suppliers to comply with our own ethical standards. All business partners in our supply chain accept our Supplier Code of Conduct.
Ethics Reporting Hotline
If you encounter a situation that is contrary to our code of ethics, you can make a report with the assurance that your identity will remain confidential. All reports are meticulously investigated by an independent committee. No retaliatory action against whistleblowers is tolerated.
