We minimise building energy consumption by using high-performance insulation systems, energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems in our projects.

Through source separation at our construction sites, we recycle more than 70% of construction waste. Excavated soil is utilised in landscaping works.
Water Conservation
We significantly reduce water consumption with rainwater harvesting systems, greywater treatment units and low-flow fixtures.
Green Space Integration
We set a minimum 30% green space target for every project. We bring nature and buildings together with roof gardens, vertical gardens and landscape arrangements.

We measure carbon emissions in our construction processes and reduce our footprint through low-carbon material alternatives and local supply chains.
