Our Safety Principles
Our safety culture is shaped by a proactive, not reactive, approach. Preventing accidents is always a higher priority than managing them.
Everyone from senior management to site workers bears responsibility for OHS. Safety is never pushed to second place due to production pressure. Our managers demonstrate safety leadership through regular site visits.
A Job Safety Analysis (JSA) is conducted at the start of every task. Risks are controlled through a five-tier hierarchy: elimination, substitution, engineering controls, administrative controls and personal protective equipment.
Active participation of employees in OHS processes is ensured through safety committees, toolbox talks and suggestion systems. Every employee has the right and responsibility to report unsafe conditions.
Every near miss and workplace accident is thoroughly investigated. Root cause analyses are performed and permanent corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
Hard hats, safety glasses, reflective vests, steel-toe boots and work gloves are mandatory on our sites. Full-body harnesses and lifelines are provided for working at height.
Fire-fighting equipment, first aid stations and emergency assembly areas are standard across all our sites. Emergency plans are regularly updated and tested through drills.
